Dr. Scott Gulinson founded the Millennium Laser and Aesthetics Center in Glendale, Arizona in 2008. He is a fully trained and Board Certified Women’s Healthcare expert in and has been in practice since 1999 in the Valley of the Sun. He trained in prestigious University settings in the Denver, Colorado and San Antonio Texas Health Sciences Centers and has earned an outstanding reputation for excellence in Womens Healthcare. Having listened to the concerns and desires of women in his practice for over 11 years and continuing through this day, Dr Gulinson has become especially attuned to their condition and is able to offer his patients knowledge, choices and alternatives in their medical and cosmetic healthcare. In 2005, Dr Gulinson expanded to incorporate aesthetic surgical procedures and has received extensive training in these including liposculpting from some of the world’s most renowned and most experienced cosmetic surgeons.

Meet the Staff

Sarah Hale

Our aesthetician Sarah has been practicing aesthetics for approximately 5 years locally in the Phoenix area. She graduated top of her class from the Skin and Makeup Institute in Peoria, AZ. In addition to aesthetic school, Sarah also attended the IMAJ Institute for medical aesthetics in Scottsdale where she completed her Laser certification. Sarah has continued her training and education with numerous classes, seminars, and workshops to stay current with the latest technologies and advancements in the industry. Sarah’s advanced training has also provided her the opportunity to work with the best doctors and nurses in the field of aesthetics.

Sarah specializes in treating acne prone skin, sun damaged skin, skin tightening treatments for anti-aging, Hair reduction and volume reduction laser treatments. And, of course, if its pampering you want, she is also available for a relaxing facial. Sarah believes, as does all the staff of Millennium, in giving her clients the necessary tools and education to care for their skin while building lasting relationships based on this model of care.

Annette Guerra Gulinson

Our laser technician, Annette, received her training from the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona and graduated near the top of her class! She received specialized training in photofacial, hair reduction, anti aging skin tightening of the face and body, body contouring procedures and facial peels to name a few. Annette believes in completely educating her clients with their specialized skin care plans so her clients are better able to realize their full aesthetic potential. Her love of learning helps to keep her on top of the new advancements in the aesthetics industry and she regularly attends conferences and seminars to enhance her knowledge and skills. She has worked with Millennium Laser and Aesthetics since 2008.
